We know that many of you are willing to contribute to the volley community that gives us so much. Our events have gotten bigger and bigger over the last two years, and we’re committed to always looking for great ways to add to our events to make the weekend more special. To do this, we need your help!
Our events are made possible by the crew that grind to put them on. If you’re interested in giving back to the volleyball community and being compensated for it, follow the link below to fill out our volunteer interest form!
As a member of the Bonanza Crew, you get to decide how you want to contribute, whether that’s field set up, hyping the event on social media, creating brackets, selling merch, or keeping the coolers stocked. Volunteers play free for that event, and repeat volunteers get extra perks.

How it works

Let us know when you’re available and what you’re interested in. None of your responses are binding, and we’ll make sure to confirm with you before an event.

The week leading up to a tournament, we’ll contact our pool of interested volunteers to see if they’re still available. At that point, you can sign up for time slots and duties on a first-come first-served basis.

Once you’ve finished your gig, you earn a free day of play. If you’ve helped with set up, you get to enjoy the rest of the day knowing the nets and lines won’t budge.
